Paradise, for me, has always been bound to Bali and the ocean—their light, rhythm, and mystery are woven into who I am. But paradise is never only gentle. The ocean that heals can also consume, and the beauty of Bali carries its own fragility, its shadows and uncertainties just beneath the surface. It is this balance that shapes my work—the coexistence of wonder and unease, of serenity and vulnerability. Paradise becomes less a place than a state of being: fleeting yet unforgettable, a dream that lingers, even as it reminds us how easily it can slip away.
